i am always so thankful that people don't think i'm a creeper and asking to take pictures of their tattoos...
the other day i saw a girl crossing the street with wisconsin on her arm and was able to restrain myself from hopping out of my car to snap a shot of the badger state... alas, i'll just have to catch the next one... there's just a certain point where i won't go "above and beyond" creepy.
thinking about this quest again, it's sort of like i'm participating in one really long, solo operation, scavenger hunt. the goal is to get all 50 (plus puerto rico if i find myself so lucky) before i turn 50. hopefully that'll give me enough time.
